Director of Operations
Location: McElhattan, Pennsylvania
Responsible for long-term operations and strategies for growth. Directs and implements short-term goals such as high efficiencies, high quality, low customer and consumer complaints, on-time deliveries, excellent safety records, cost control, gross margins management, and excellent human relations.
Successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in an Operations Management role within a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to lead and develop high performance work teams
- BS in Engineering preferred
