Melt Blown

FQN melt blowing is a unique process to produce ultra-fine fibrous superstructures. This technology is very versatile and provides nonwoven fabrics from 5 to 400 gsm. This line is capable of producing 3.2 meter (126 inch) wide fabrics from a variety of polymers with different physical and chemical characteristics.

A vast number of products ranging from extremely high density to very low density substrates can be produced to meet required barrier properties for different product applications. Major applications are in filtration, insulation, wipes and laminations for industrial, consumer and healthcare industries.
