Spun-Melt

The combination of spunbond and melt blown fabrics yields strong, economical barrier fabrics, which are effective in a variety of applications for liquid and particle barriers.

FQN produces spunmelt fabrics of weights from 11 gsm to 100 gsm. Barrier properties like hydrostatic head (HSH) range from 20 cm to 110 cm depending on weight and melt blown content. Fabric widths up to 4.2 meters are possible.
